So this place is right smack in the heart of downtown and lives up to its unique vibe and name. The restaurant is a simple concept for lunch with plenty of seating. The menu is stripped down with only a few delicious sandwich options to try. I snagged the BBQ ... and wow it was bursting with flavour. The bread and meat flavours were beautifully balanced and my food came out promptly. Service were great and staff prepped the food in a timely fashion. It’s a nice pace to try something not subway that actually tastes good and is high quality. The only “issue” is the prices are a bit high but what miss in quantity you get in quality. You choose. Tourist long layover at Calgary airport. Gets packed for lunch but the line goes fast. And definitely worth the wait. Ask about their soup and salad of the day. I ordered the bbq sandwich and Caesar kale salad and was very satisfied with the taste and portion size.
