My husband and i saw this upon going to the washroo.. we ordered chicken and beef but then they gave us a shrimp and beef. So the RUDE lady which is the cook asked us "do you want it or no? If you dont want it then tell me and i ... will change it". Ofcourse we don't want it because my husband is allergic in shrimps. And then the lady who takes order said something to the cook, but i didnt understand what were they saying because they spoke in their own language but the tone of the voice of the cook was like annoyed or something. Not sure if anyone has the same experience but my friend and I went for lunch today, and after that I felt numbness in my arms and back. About 20 minutes later my friend felt numbness in her cheek. And this is the second time after she had the lunch ... at here. I know it sounds unbelievable, but that is the truth what happened to us. Worst service experience! If not just because of the lady who complimented my hair while I wait for the food I would really burst into anger! THE PETITE CASHIER at THE CORE branch should need more training on how to be nice and explain things in a calm way. This ... is my first time to try their food so I am not familiar with their menu and I even pointed out what I wanted but the cashier explain it in a rude tone and did not even care about what I was pointing out to clarify what I want so I ended up ordering something I don't like just to stop talking to her, she even speaks in her language to her coworker while I paid for the food which I find it rude!! and take note, I was the only customer at that time! I work in fast food and I never ever treated our customers the way that cashier treated me!! The food is also disappointing, very bland. =( Read more

My husband and I were there for lunch yesterday. We got there about 11:30 a.m. and ordered the Seafood Noodle soup. My soup was just warm (I like my soup really hot). I took it back and they took it to the back and I waited about 6 ... minutes and asked where my soup was. When they gave it back to me, there was no difference in heat temperature. They did not do a thing to heat it up. It was annoying to say the least. I think that this staff is very cocky because business is good for them at this location and they don't seem to care if you like it or not. I think that they need to improve their customer relations and be more open to please the customers more that their dollar amount taken in for the day.
