KFC - Calgary, Alberta

Had good experience few weeks ago but now it's a mess. 25 minutes for chicken while not a single customer, I could bare with that but the drive thru guys attitude is a joke, he's talking like he doesn't give a damn about the job haha.

Short run down... Food.. nah. Not so good. This place need better staff.. How is it even a taco bell? Never have fire sauce. I find the place to be dirty every time I've been there. The quality of food is horrible and the price is expensive for a taco / KFC. The owner should ... be ashamed. The managers should be too. I bought three black chicken meals from this place. The food was hot and the fries were good. However, when I started eating the chicken, it was very rancid and had an unpleasant smell. I do not advise anyone to buy from this place.

This location advertises that it's open 24 hours, but does that reflect in the app? No. Anytime I try to order through the website or app it shows the location is closed. I don’t blame the staff for how slow it was today. I blame management for not staffing properly and not having the means to call people in. If you were fully staffed today (Saturday April 20, 2024) you need to change your staffing ratios because waiting 40 minutes for our ... food was absolutely unacceptable. Also, train your staff to be a little more generous with what you’re giving… waiting 40 minutes for this burrito where there was more wrap then anything else is awful especially with what we pay for this food.
