DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS KFC!!!!! The chicken quality is terrible. Clearly this franchise owner is trying to make extra profit on their buckets and family meals by loading them with just wings and drumsticks. Staff is absolutely great! This particular restaurant is in DESPERATE need of a reno. The bathrooms are the most discusting things I've ever seen and I've been in a bathroom downtown Toronto!!!!!! Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. You need to make an UNANNOUNCED visit and see ... what had happened to this place. Also, there are several druggies hanging around, yelling at themselves and bumming money from everyone several times. It's annoying is all. Chicken was badly overcooked, you can only order at the counter with cash or you are forced to use the automated kiosk which the touch screen is terrible. I had to ask the lady behind the counter for everything from my water to napkins salt, pepper and never got ... any kind of utensils. I believe she had difficulty understanding me... wait time for the food was also bad. Also fries and popcorn chicken were dumped all over the chicken and not in the ridiculous little bag. The staff spent more time staring up at the orders trying fill the Skip orders instead of looking after the 8 customers waiting for their food... oh well I will not be returning. Read more

The staffs were very friendly and the service was efficient. I liked that I did not wait long for my orders. I’ll definitely come back in this location and I highly recommend it.

I ordered chicken here. And the chicken had no flavour and I called and asked if is marinated they told me that they stopped marinating their chicken and that they only bread it. The chicken not fully cooked plus is busy so they don’t even warm up their oil. This ... used to be my favour KFC join. Now the worse in town. I paid $95 for chicken my dog won’t even eat. I don’t like wasting food but I will see if I can make something else out of it. Totally don’t recommend this place. Whatever happened to the old western style fried chicken. Read more
