I will start by saying that it at least tasted good! But I ordered the 4 piece meal with fries and gravy..$26.02, was supposed to get a free order of popcorn chicken.. the picture speaks a thousand words.. Whenever I crave KFC, this location is my go-to spot. I've been coming here for quite some time, and it never disappoints. The store is always impeccably clean, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment ... you walk in. Their service is consistently top-notch, and they always manage to get my order just right. As for the food, it's always fresh and tastes delicious. Whether I'm getting the classic fried chicken, the crispy chicken sandwich, or some tasty sides, everything is consistently cooked to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly and took my order quickly. My food was ready in less than five minutes, which was perfect for my lunch break. And also, the dining area was spotless, and I saw the staff regularly cleaning tables and restocking supplies.

At this location, just don't order via mobile. Not sure why they even offer it. Your email confirmation indicates it will be ready at a certain time and the display in the store tells you it's in progress (just like at any other chain), so you patiently wait for ... it while everyone else in the lineup is served very quickly. However, they only start working on your order once you announce yourself, which is kind of awkward, as there is a lineup and only one person at the front desk. You are supposed to barge in that line-up as per the manager who was very belligerent in contradicting the email info. All that, instead of just giving me the order. He then tells you his different reality or information in a very belligerent way. After asking me for my name and online order number several times, he refused to give me his name and walked away. I don't think the online ordering is in any smart way connected to the store. So, it actually delays your order vs placing it in person. Read more

Awful! Absolutely disgusting! All of our sandwiches were covered in mouldy brown lettuce, it had obviously gone bad as it tasted sour. The chicken was overly greasy and tasted freezer burnt. Obviously my expectations were not high as it’s fast food and you get what you pay for but I ... was not expecting it to be completely inedible. Spent over $40 on trash I had to throw out. Don’t waste your money. If they serve lettuce that bad who knows what other corners they cut and health codes they are violating. Strongly considered reporting them to AHS after this experience.
