KFC - Calgary, Alberta

This location ultimately did not honor a KFC VIP code for a free small popcorn chicken (expires Nov. 10th) with purchase. Not a big deal, except the staff spent a few minutes trying to figure out the email that I presented and even had my unlocked phone in the kitchen ... briefly without asking if it was okay to take my phone. At the cashier, we were told they "couldn't find the code" on their system, but they would give it to us anyway. Seemed great to me at first, but when I checked my completed order I noticed that the small popcorn chicken wasn't there. I asked about it (maybe it was just forgotten?), and then was told that they never agreed to it in the first place. There were 4 people lined up behind us who heard the whole exchange, but okay - not worth the fight. We just left quickly and believe me we will not come here again. Their ccjicken sandwich was good quality of chicken has improved drastically kudos

Not all KFCs are equal. Despite the road construction on 17th, this KFC rocks out the best extra crispy chicken. The chicken isn't over fried and the oil they use to fry isn't old (for all you foodies know what I mean). This is my favorite location for KFC

WORST KFC EVER! Gave them another shot after the last 2 times I had horrible experience but it has been the same. Servers are rude, they messed up my order 2 out of 3 times I've been there and no compensation offered. This time when I went there they said ... that it would cost me extra to get a teeny tiny pack of hot sauce/ketchup, ridiculous. Every other KFC location I have been to is pretty good. I would not waste time here anymore and go to Popeyes beside it instead. Read more

The African American girl was terrible. She didn't look at me and said nothing when I ordered, and even threw me the card machine. I was very offended by that employee's attitude but didn't complain because I wouldn't go back. DON'T EVER GO TO THIS KFC unless you want to ... ruin your feelings. You'd better to wait for the Popeyes opens, seriously. Read more
