Terrible. The lady at the counter tried to overcharge me for a snack size smoothie - $7! That's the price of a regular size and the prices are clearly posted. I asked her politely to correct the price for what I had ordered. It took two people more than 7 ... minutes to figure out how to make a snack size PB Chocolate and I was the only customer in the store. When I got my drink, it had no ice blended in and was thin and watery. Clearly they didn't follow the recipe, ugh. I will never return to this location. Read more

Ordered a "Mega Matcha" and they made something Mango based. When I politely explained that wasn't what I ordered, and told them my order again, they said "oh, well that costs more" and rushed over to the till... if you screw up an order, you should fix it, instead of ... trying to charge an extra $0.50 for your mistake. A blonde lady with no manners came in through the back of the restaurant and made the only person working stop what she was doing and make her make wheat grass shots for her in the back. My girlfriend and I had already ordered and paid and there was a ... line up to the door. After 10 minutes the line up left and our order still hadn’t been started. When the lady was confronted she demanded she was friends with the manager. Was not the girl at the counters fault AT ALL. You can tell she felt extreme pressure to do the wheat grass first as the lady was standing in the kitchen behind her.. customers should not be coming through the back door of franchises and demanding to be put first because they are friends with the manager. Awful food. Ordered through skip the dishes. Had two different types of flat bred- they were super dry with barely any toppings. Their wraps are super tiny with barely any meat. The berry bowl had stale granola. Not a good experience considering I spent almost $40 with tip and delivery. ... Never again. Read more

Good smoothies and wraps, prices seem to go up frequently and wraps are very very small. 6$ for a baby wrap with 1/4 of a chicken breast isn't a meal, it's barely a snack
