All the staff are very nice and kind and do a great job delivering service, However, Management is extremely rude, treats customers with no respect.

We have eaten at 1252pm, hungry made order of Sushilicious Platter - which is full and tasty one. And Shrimp Ramen Soup - nice and hot, my concern was the noodles- i am looking for more fresher one. This was our go to place for Edo but not anymore. Staff are SO damn nice. All the kids are just wonderful and so kind to people. The female owner or supervisor has no sense of being kind to her staff. You dont get paid extra to act like a ... clown to these kids. They give people good service so least you can do is treat your young staff right. Shame on the owners for having no compassion for your workers. Shame. Used to come here once a week, not anymore. My bf and I got food at this location.. normally really good. I got the sukiyaki been with the big noodles, no veggie no mushrooms , and some how every time there’s little bits of veggies.. do they not clean the grill enough?? I get it not being perfect but ... what if someone had an allergy.. plus my boyfriend got the chicken teriyaki bento box. Everything was good until he bit into it.. it smelt like mold and the chicken tasted like mold. I didn’t believe him so I tried it.. yup mold. Couldn’t see any but it tasted like what rotten food or old food smells like. Didn’t even taste like chicken. We got it after I was done work so 9:30-9:45 so when we got home they were obviously closed.. this was my favourite place to eat, always so quick, servers are pretty much always nice, and quick food. I’ve gotten the same thing every time since it was always amazing other then the odd piece of veggie, I don’t know what happened but that was disgusting. Food Smells like Wuhan Wet market! Too strong for me, not sure about others. They can have an option “Less Asian” I did not eat it (I tried though!) Planning on giving it to my children!
