Edo Japan - Calgary, Alberta

My visit here last wednesday was great. The cashier was friendly and cheerful. The workers also seemed to have a nice bond with one another. The food was excellent as well, and didn’t take too much time. Overall, I loved the whole vibe.

I like Edo, but this place just isn't it. The customer service was horrible and I saw two people who got their orders wrong. My order wasn't wrong (it was only shrimp tempura and spring rolls), but it took about 12 minutes to get it, for those two simple items, ... Edo is supposed to be fast. When I was paying for my food they gave all the items like the bag, chopstick(not chopsticks, has to ask for another), and napkin on the bag on the register, they didn't even give it to me and I had to bag it myself. Excellent food! The guy making out meal tonight was delightful. And it tastes amazing ! You should not hesitate eating here. I really enjoyed the whole experience.
