We order our food at 5.45 pm and my kids were waiting for almost 15 mins.. after 15 mins I asked employee if they missed the number.. no reply… no acknowledgment….waited for anorher 10 Mins and repeated myself.. the girl name JoY threw the food on my face.. mind you I ... am not a beggar.. you got a job because people order food. Wanted to do cash order to order one hot dog. I asked to do do cash order employees just looked at me and did nothing and all ignored my service and when I asked again they did not acknowledge me. This has been happening lots of times.

Usually my fave part of Costco but this location has started weighing and portioning less fries than before, it’s acceptable for the poutine but the expensive chicken strips look like an absolute ripoff. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I didn't have my debit card on me and it took 30 mins for a cash order. The woman who was taking my order had no clue what she was doing. Then she gave me the smallest order saying the ... fries were only 5oz. I won't be back to this place service is terrible. Read more
