BUT when you pick up the phone after 4 minutes of ringing, say please hold, but set the phone down not put me on hold, and then ignore me for 17 minutes, it's incredibly ridiculous. You should have ... been better prepared for the busy night knowing Game #7 was happening. I get to hear all the noise of you making orders and your door bell when new customers enter. I get to hear their orders get taken. Meanwhile here I am, sitting on hold like a loyal customer, being ignored. Just ridiculous. This is why I will still prefer the Forest Lawn Location. Ordered lunch while at work, got a confirmation email and text. Go to pick it up just before the time stated, and the lady says there is no record for the order. "Just cancel the order" is what I was told, no offer to make it even when presented with ... confirmation, no apology and no way to cancel the order through their website.
