This is a great Ukranian bakery located in Crossroads market. With a kitchen in back, everything appears to be made on site including a variety of cakes, pies, cookies, and pastries. On this visit, I tried the red velvet cake and the chocolate eclair. The cake was perfectly baked: soft and moist ... with a natural reddish hue. In between the layers were generous spreads of tangy cream cheese frosting. The chocolate eclair was incredibly rich: a dense pastry base, lots of whipped cream, topped with chocolate and with an extra rich chocolate injection on the inside.
