Took my daughter and a gaggle of girls to the haunted house scene. It went about as well as you might expect from kids who seem to have the attention span of a bumble bee with ADHD, but they thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were far more patient than they ... needed to be. Been to many escape rooms in the city and this is my best experience so far. Another thing that I really like is their tech worked very very well. There's nothing more frustrating than realizing one of the puzzles took twice as long and it's because one of the triggers wasn't sensitive enough or something... If the owners or managers read this, check who was on staff tonight and give them kudos. They were great. Read more

Came here for a friend’s birthday and had an amazing time! We had booked online, and the day of our booking a staff member contacted us to let us know there had been a mistake with their scheduling, and kindly asked that we come slightly later. This wasn’t a problem for ... us, and she was quick to offer us a discount for the minor inconvenience. Obviously this made us feel well taken care of, and once we got there she and her coworker continued to provide excellent customer service. Five of us did the Wizard room and it was so much fun! This is the best escape room I've ever been too! I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning. The puzzles are brilliantly designed, challenging yet fair, and the atmosphere is immersive and exciting. First time being to this escape room company and I would definitely recommend booking group reservations here. They accommodated my requests easily, all I had to do was give my time, number of people and room selections. Final headcount was collected upon arrival and paid then :) Rooms were thoughtful with ... clever puzzles for all types of thinkers. I booked a medium and difficult room with about 7 adults per room. With a large group of people, it would be hard to not succeed (in my opinion) as long as everyone works as a team. The service was EXCELLENT! One of our group members was late.. and they did not rush, push or make us feel bad for our late member. Which was so kind. Folks were energetic and one of them was even the creator or the room. I loved how excited he was to tell us about his ideas after we exited it! Group photo at the end was a great touch. I will go back to try the hardest room soon. Read more
