There are no sample cups like Menchies or other Tutti Frutties. When I asked if we could have some sample cups the owner came out with one sample cup and asked "which one do you want to try?" The new owner is REALLY stingy and rude about samples. I asked for two samples, and then picked up a cup to fill and purchase. My little kid brother then asked for a sample, and the owner started yelling at us, telling us that we can't have all the samples, ... etc. Uhm, we tried a total of four samples between the four of us. I've never had this experience at other Tutti Fruttis. When I told him that other Tutti Fruttis allow for customers to try more than two samples per person, he proceeded to point to the sign saying "For hygienic reasons, do not reuse sample cups", and said that actually means that each customer is only allowed ONE sample. I get that you're trying to prevent people from abusing the system, but really, having one or two samples is hardly abuse. Furthermore, I already had a cup in my hand READY TO FILL AND PURCHASE. And the fact that the owner had the audacity to YELL AT CHILDREN!? Never returning to this location again. Ugh. Read more

They don't keep their crepe maker on, so you have to wait forever in the store for it to heat up. Not sure if they are trying to save electricity, but people don't have time to wait 15 minutes. Food is good.

My husband and I went for a yogurt here. The man who greeted us was very friendly, and showed us all of the flavours and gave us samples. We loved how bright, clean and fun the space was. Lots of tasty topping to put on the yogurt, reasonably ... priced, and really cute spoons! Read more
