The Baklava Factory - Calgary, Alberta

For what I take, these guys are the best. I call for my baklava order for events or just to take home, when I pick it up, it’s always fresh, with the right level of crunchy! Been going there for a while and I absolutely enjoy it!

I came here before heading to Victoria and grabbed a large tray of baklava. The baklava was very fresh and delicious. The atmosphere of the bakery was lovely and the baker was very friendly.

This bakery is amazing. It’s small and cute but has a great atmosphere to it. The baklava is 10/10, fresh, authentic and I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely come back and I want to try more of their desserts.

Best baklava I've ever had. Very fresh, light, and sweet. I only saw baklava for sale inside (fair given the name). Didn't have prices but this variety tray of 17 pieces weighed out to $15 which seems fair. Location is easy to get to right off highway.

Recently i had the best baklava in Calgary. Very fresh and yummy! Great customer service and packaging as well.
