Nasty management to work with. No enough hours of work. Arrogant supervisors. Dirty work environment. No food safety. The boss Mr Wally. I read your communication none of them are employees concerns you are eager in more productively and more sale. Your letter clearly showed that you want keep your ... employees minimum pay. You doubled your sell last year and planned more profits but don’t care But give no hope to your unfortunate employees. They know your selfishness but they are working until they get another opportunity. It is known that people asked for raises got fired by making up stories. I visited this location a few days before Christmas 2022 as it was very close by and I was extremely disappointed. My family created several wonderful Christmas memories for us (my dad worked for Burnco and they provided 5 pound boxes of chocolates with nuts each year to each ... driver from Olivier's and Santa always left candy canes and special chocolates in our stockings) with Olivier's Chocolate and candy canes that I thought I would start some with our family....I was pretty cheerful and upbeat and very excited feeling very Christmas-y ! Upon entry which was a dark broom closet entry way I eventually was met with a 'guy' asking me what can he help with...but very bothered like I interrupted him doing something more important. I stumbled on my words letting him know I would like to purchase some candy canes and chocolate to which he replied that they don't have a retail location any longer (well why the heck does your GOOGLE intro page say you do???) and they only supply bigger retail outlet stores like Costco...I left very red faced and very disappointed. Went to COSTCO few days later and um ya....no chocolate from Olivier's....So where is a GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER to go? Might have to go to Bernard as at least they are friendly... If the owners are reading this, please PLEASE open another location that has retail services and well from the comments below, look into hiring some people who LOVE chocolate and LOVE people to work the front...If you LOVE what you do it shows and customers will return ! I am not a person who ever posts negative reviews but in this case I have to as the owner's have a right to know and at least have a chance to change!!! Can I give zero stars? Let me save you some time. The retail outlet in Inglewood has closed. The only location now is the factory location in the Foothills Industrial area. Don't bother. They have zero selection of anything, and despite being there 2 hours ... after their scheduled open time AND the "Open" sign being on in the window all doors were locked. The lady who came to open the door seemed to have an attitude like she was doing us some sort of favour by coming to open the door? Her rudeness continued the entire time we were in the store. Out of the way location, rude staff, no selection, we used to love going to their store in Inglewood as far as I'm concerned Olivier's Candies doesn't exist anymore. Sad really. Read more

We were very disappointed in the service the young women was very unfriendly . Olivier's is our go to for Christmas candy for the last 35 years. We even had it shipped to BC when living their. Today the young women did not greet us our asked if we ... needed help when we stood there waiting to be served. She just continue filling her boxes of choc. The choc was old tasting the choc was all gray the tin foil stuck to the choc. When asked about the different types of candy her answer was l have only been here four months l can not give you an answer. Not sure how their chocolate tastes, but this is strictly a review on their customer service offered by the 800 number for corporate gifts. The woman I spoke to was extremely condescending. I’m sorry that my knowledge of chocolate molds was less than she expected. Next time I will have ... to read up on the technicalities of creating a chocolate tooth before making any inquiries.
