I can’t believe that the tables outside, where you can seat and enjoy your ice cream are literally NEVER clean. Very disappointing. This is a hard no for me. For the overpriced ice cream that you sell, you should try to make better experience for the people who still come.

Usually come here with my kids but the guy serving me looked like I was bothering him and seemed like he didnt want me there.

It doesn’t even deserve one star. The service was horrible the two girls working were really ignorant and rude. 1 kept mumbling the whole time and I had to repeat my order ten times to her even though it was simple. I’m pretty sure she actually touched my ice cream ... with her bare hands which is gross. it was only 1 customer there but they were huffing and puffing at every order. I love marble slab but this location is the worst. They give out very small portions. Won’t ever come back to this location again. They had merged the left overs on top of the new batch. Which is fine but it started melting instantly. So it was a liquid mess. ... Totally ruined my mood since it’s a sunny day and I was craving ice cream :( Read more
