This place is too expensive. You can get some of the same products for much less elsewhere. I've gotten the meal deal there before and it was ok, not great but ok when you need to grab something to eat. It's gone downhill. This is the meal "deal" I got ... there, and no I haven't eaten any of it yet. On the left is supposed to be the "main" with the two sides on the right. The sides were fine but the main...there are four turkey meatballs. It doesn't even fill the alotted spot for it in their containers. This is not a deal, well maybe for them..Definitely not worth it for me and that's the last time I'll be getting it. Along with the continuously increasing prices this has just turned me off. Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks in the supplement section. I've been in a few times for various reasons and I've found the ladies in this section to always be so helpful! They are so knowledgeable! I was in last Thursday evening and the associate (I ... think her name was Hannah? Maybe Anna? ) was able to recommend so many options for my IBS. It's not all organic. Some of the products definitely aren't. When I asked if the soap is organic, one of the staff told me, sorry it's not but it's definitely 'clean'. Whatever that means. A lot of the brands, e.g. vitamins, can be found at the local co-op cheaper, whether ... organic or not. This place is really expensive. Consistently sold out of common products. Caught them removing Best Before Dates from Field Roast sausage packages and then putting them on sale. Some staff are super nice and friendly and then others really need to find a new passion in life because working there clearly isn't it. Gave them ... repeated opportunities and "second chances" because Calgary doesn't have a lot of Organic Markets and I wanted to support them but they just continually drop the ball and I've since changed the places I get organic products and won't be coming back. I ended up here because Gluten Free Marketplace was closed in the middle of the business day with no rhyme or reason and I had driven from Strathmore to stock up on gluten-free goods. I found the staff to be quite helpful actually, I had a ton of questions ... for them, some staff members were definitely more knowledgeable than others. I found every obscure item I needed and plus they gave me free bananas, chips and kelp snacks with my purchase. I will definitely be back. Read more
