Processed a whole moose for me and the family, very happy with the results. Nicely packaged, good cuts and oh man the cheesy pepperoni sticks 👌🏽👌🏽 definitely returning here next hunt. Great roasts, steaks, ribs, Osso bucco, hamburger, pepperoni and chorizo

Just bought spicy Hungarian sausage from here and it feels like it's raw on the inside. I called them and they said it is safe to eat but the texture is not right it feels and looks raw.
