Service was brutal! The store was empty, other than the guy working, when I arrived. Took about 3 minutes (which seems like an eternity when you're standing in an empty store) for the guy to acknowledge me. After making my order, his cell phone started to ring and he ... decided that he needed to take the call. I stood there , bewildered, as he proceeded to have a personal conversation in front of me. So disappointed!!! Had a craving for a Vietnamese sub, and with nowhere close to get an authentic one I turned to ChaChi's. I've had this same sub from other locations and today's sub is TERRIBLE! They used the wrong meat, forgot the aioli, didn't warm it up... awful. I paid ... $12 for a very mediocre sub... or so I thought... I actually paid $21 when I looked at my receipt. The woman at the till inverted the credit machine numbers, which I didn't notice until I got home because I had my newborn with me while I paid. Will not be visiting this location EVER AGAIN!!! Service is usually fast. Pulled pork sandwich, Mac & cheese are both great. Easy and quick location to access. Easy access off of MacLeod Trail and Sun Valley Blvd. They also cater!

Ordered online, and received a confirmation number and an estimated time of arrival. After an hour and a half, I called to see where my order was and the phone was answered to a rude "hello". Not sure if I had called the right place, I double checked that it ... was indeed the sandwich bar, after a yes, I asked where my order was, explaining that it had been quite some time. He asked about my order, and as i tried to explain, I was shut down with a " kitchen closed at 4!" I tried to explain that u had received a confirmation notice, but he did not have any patience for what I had to say. After asking me what I was supposed to do about it, I had had enough and hung up.
