Stop on our way home to this location. Ordered Chicken wrap coffee and muffin. The lady who made my sandwich said her name is "Ladifa" put my sandwich to the presser, touch the soiled cloth to wipe her gloves and wipe her table where she makes sandwiches and was about ... to touch my sandwich again without changing her Gloves!!!! I asked her to change her gloves before touching my sandwich but instead asked me back why and just laughed when i told her why??????!!! How can this kind of people work in a food company without knowing how to wash their hands and change gloves after touching dirty stuff!!! Wonderful service! The delivery driver missed two boxes of my order and the manager was able to rectify the situation and solved it personally. I really appreciate this kind of customer service, will definitely order from this branch again.

Everytime I order delivery, this is the store my order goes to. I've always been satisfied, but today I noticed that I got ripped off. It's my first time ordering the 6 dream cookies, and I'm only given 4. They just added 2 choco chunk cookies without calling me regarding ... this. Stopped on my way to work to grab a tea and bagel and cream cheese. The woman on the intercom was just there not overly happy from the sounds. I approached the window, handed the interac machine, paid, and was then handed my items. Got to work to enjoy my ... bagel and cream cheese to find maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese. I was visiting from Texas for one night only and had heard about TimBits. I wanted to bring some back for friends and family. I ordered 9 glazed and 9 birthday cake, plus a box of 10 assorted. I ordered through the Tim Horton’s website. A DoorDash driver arrived at ... my hotel, and I tipped him. When I got to my room, I was missing my box of 10 assorted and 9 of the glazed were plain and dry. I called the store and explained that I did not have a vehicle and it was raining. I told her I was only here for one night and what should I do to get the rest of my order corrected and delivered. The lady I spoke with told me the door dash driver left while they were still finishing my order. I don’t see how that’s my problem since I ordered on on the Tim Hortons app. She said she would call her manager and call me right back.
