Tim Hortons - Calgary, Alberta

I don’t leave a bad review normally . There’s few things that management need to look at. First of all the employees working inside gives priority to drive thru than customers standing inside the store to order something . Being in line with 2-3 people ahead of time will take forever ... it happened 2-3 times already . Everyone’s just helping out the drive thru since they have a timer thing they even mentioned to me couple times already . I understand that’s important but when Tim Hortons is making millions of dollars yearly why they can’t afford to have an extra person to help out people inside . Whoever is the manager or owner is not paying attention to us . If I have to talk about drive thru then firstly they will just keep saying at the end of each item I order that’s it that’s it means they are rushing the people in drive thru because of the timer thing they have . What’s the point of having timer when you going to just throw the debit machine on the face before even scanning the rewards . It happens all the time. They will just take out their machines and rush you to pay quickly what’s another 5 seconds going to do . Then they will keep saying debit debit all the time instead of asking how I would like to pay . Tim Hortons should have higher standards than this . You’re not giving good customer service because of your stupid timer .its annoying and frustrating and pathetic. Read more

Very poor service today.more than most days at this location they did not have anything I wanted to order today.no biscuits no bagles and only a few donuts that I never eat service was very slow people waiting 10 minutes just to order than getting nothing or having to get ... something other than what they wanted as they were out of everything. Alot of grouchy people there today I often visited this location several times a day but will find a new location so I can get what I want. Read more

The drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location is absolutely nonstop, but the ladies that they have working maintain positive and polite attitudes despite having such a constant flow of customers including dine-in and mobile pickup orders. I was blown away to witness the crew always smiling while almost never having even 5 ... minutes between the sudden rush of customers, and their exceptional multitasking skills was solidifying their drivethru times to 45 seconds or less on average. They work really well together and appear to not allow the pressure of the job to affect their overall attitude and work performance !!! One more thing to add is their hospitality is hands down the best in this entire city. Just before I went to leave, a handsome young Rahul had come out to the store-front offering a tray of samples to all customers, promoting the new Mango Starfruit Sparkling Quencher that's fully loaded with flavour and lives up to it's title, that which without a doubt will be a HUGE seller for the hot summer days soon to come. I believe this is probably one of the best run, Tim Hortons, all of Calgary. Very quick and thorough. Move a lot of people through fast. Only complaint is the garbage can is usually full in the drive-through A lot of places don’t even have garbage cans anymore probably why ... it’s full. Read more
