I don’t know what happened every time they give me wrong order last time am by medium coffe and they give me Large one today m buying again coffe they don’t put inside Sugar. Everytime this guys talking and laughing not concentrate own work.

I, for some reason, have continued go to this tim hortons even though they continually get our order wrong so that I can avoid the super long line up at the Crowfoot location. I have been coming to this tim hortons for 4 years and will not be giving them ... my money any longer. 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong and it's just embarrassing at this point. My husband asked them to confirm this morning that my iced cap was made with chocolate milk because it looked lighter than normal (I hate cream) and they said yes; it was definitely made with cream and tasted like it had vanilla in it as well...also no tomato on my daughter's bagel in which we paid extra for. Staff either can't read or need to pay closer attention to detail. You've just lost $100 ish per week customers - we will not be going here any longer. Read more

Been going through the drive thru here for years in a delivery van. They recently installed a height bar now I’ll never go here again. A different franchise owner told me that delivery vans makeup 1-2% of his drive through and said it wouldn’t be financially beneficial and just plain ... WEIRD to install a height bar. One star because there’s no option to give zero! I asked for the cilantro line veggie wrap.. the lady started making it with chicken.. I told I need the veggie (and that’s due to some personal reasons, I can’t have the chicken) she took out the chicken from the same wrap ... and starting converting it into veggie. Then the guy who claims to be the manager said he’ll make a new one, which he did but see the picture what I got.. that’s not what a Tim Hortons wrap look like. It’s like he just wanted to get rid of the cx. I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese.. the lady starting making it using the same gloves she used for all other things. I wonder why they don’t change their gloves and keep using the same ones to touch everything.. including non-food items. This just voids the whole purpose of wearing gloves. The so-called manager gave me the same one. When I mentioned not changing gloves, he made another one but without cream cheese. I wonder what they serve to people who opt for using drive-thru and not going inside to see what’s actually they’re being served. Wrong orders and unhygienic food!! Read more
