The staff at the airport shop lacked training. Take a meal food will be less, need to remind her only slowly to you. Although there are hints on the POS that they will be wrong and impatient, it does not seem to acknowledge her mistake.
We found a fruit fly at the #YYC food court #TimHortons. We told the staff (HMS Host 351555) working there. They moved the tray, fruit fly left and downplayed there's nothing wrong with the donuts then went onto her day. What a disgusting practice. We decided to get our tea and ... leave. Read more
