It's probably the worst location I've ever been to. I went to order inside and waited over 10 minutes to have someone take my order. No one acknowledged us, not even to tell us they would be with us in a moment. They just served the drive thru even though ... it wasn't very busy. Went to this location, service was fast but as I was ordering the wrap i noticed there was no label on any product in hot holding unit. No time on the steep tea. I know sometimes we are busy I understand team as well but there are few things which ... you can’t neglect I also used to work at tims for few years but this was unacceptable. Like there is no label how do you know when the product is expiring. And they suppose to use salmon or almond cloth to wipe the machines or sb bar but they were using the same blue cloth on counter and on machines. The service provided by Maima was exceptional. She demonstrated remarkable patience and made me feel genuinely welcome. Her expertise in the menu was evident as she provided detailed explanations. This establishment has become my preferred Tim Hortons location.

Quick at the drive-thru, however, if you order decaf it is likely you'll have to wait at the back of the store (2-5min) for it since they usually don't have it ready. I don't know what happened to this store, they used to be good. The ladies are nice enough, ... but such slow service for my decaf is unacceptable. Read more

ABSOLUTE WORST Tim Hortons in the city. We ordered 3 farmers wraps, one was bacon with mayo instead of chipotle and the other two were sausage and mayo instead of chipotle. All the wraps had old hashbrowns in the wraps, rock hard bacon or old sausage and old cheese that ... wasn’t even melted.
