Butcher and the Baker - Calgary, Alberta

Got the Korean beef sandwich. It was okay, good portion of beef but too much sauce. The bread was too soft and soggy. I think the sandwich would be better on a toasted baggette.

A bowl with lots of flavour. Known for their sandwiches but their bowls packs a lot of flavours and the toppings are generous. Most places skimp out on the amount of protein but I found Butcher and the Baker gave a fair amount of chicken in their bowls.

Pretty good fixings...had a chicken pumpkin Chilli..... gluten free beers.. good cheese curds..

Good place to grab a sandwich in the morning. Unfortunately the only have two breakfast sandwiches available until 10am. The lunch offers sound really good though.
