This location has always been our number one go to for Chinese Food. Especially for the Ginger Beef and Shanghai noodles. We have never been disappointed. I placed an order online from the McKnight location. Selected a good tip. The delivery was 1 hr and 10 minutes after we placed the order. Not complaining about that, I realize it’s a Friday evening which is busy. What I didn’t like is that it arrived over 15 minutes ... after the scheduled time, that the person delivering didn’t seem apologetic about it, the portion of squid was poor compared to the Crowfoot location, and they insisted on charging $1 because of two sides of oil, which don’t come up as an option on their site. Spent a few cents short of $60 but got attitude instead of appreciation for ordering from them. Crowfoot is fantastic every time, never ordering again from this other one. Read more

We had the 3 person meal, spring rolls,ginger chicken, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and some won ton soup. It was all delicious, we ordered for pick up and it was ready a couple minutes early. It fed 2 adults and 2 kids with left overs.

Asked my husband to pick up some soup for dinner on his way home. He went into the Ginger Beef Express in falconridge and ordered soup and dumplings. They told him the dumpling would take 15 min extra so he cancelled the dumplings and asked them to go ahead with ... the soup order. They couldnt refund his money through debit (due to staff incompetence) which he purchased with and was willing to take cash back. They then refunded his cash and when he asked to pay for the soup with cash they refused to take his order again stating that it would be another 10 min for soup and then asked him to leave. We have ordered many times and aside from a few small delivery errors, this place has been good. The customer service at store level is atrocious. There are many other places in the vicinity that are more courteous and professional that we will have to take out business to from now on. Read more

Was truly disappointed this evening. The past couple times we have ordered I have noticed the food quality was declining and this even was the worst! Not sure if there is new owners or cook but when u order food perhaps less batter and sufficient meat portion to justify the ... batter. If we wanted fried batter only we would had had waffles! Won't be ordering from here again.. so much for being loyal customers for 15yrs! Read more
