Placed an order at start of service to be picked up between 5:40-5:55. Got there at 5:50 food wasn't even started. Waited until 6:25 for the food to be ready, got home to find they shorted us 20 dollars worth of springrolls. Now the food we got was good but ... the fact that we ordered 130 dollars worth of food and the order wasnt ready and we were shorted food was the reason for the 1 star. This is the 3rd time that Fancy Taste of China has forgotten to make my order. Their food is damn good, but their service is non-existent. If you do order, be prepared to wait for half an hour as they make your order they forgot to write down but remembered ... to bill you. Also, check your orders when you get them, they have a tendency to staple the bags closed and conviently forget parts of your order. Read more
We’ve been going here for YEARS and tonight we ordered for the LAST TIME. First off, we paid 55 for 3 dishes and that’s with a free fried rice. Our order would have been 65-70 without the free item!!! (See photo below) Prices here have almost doubled and the portions ... are smaller. We ordered pickup and the guy at the counter asked for a tip… We usually tip even when we pickup but asking for a tip on a pickup order is off putting and awkward. On top of that they only gave us 2 fortune cookies (I have 3 kids) and as you could imagine they were fighting over them. I hate writing a bad review and almost never do but after being a loyal customer for years I’m super disappointed and won’t be returning. In terms of taste, food was fine. Read more
Picked up food with my kids and they were super kind to the whole family, the food was great too! I lived in Chine for a while, some of the flavors reminded of the delicious street vendors in Wenzhou. The big size portions were a bonus for sure

This place has gone downhill unfortunately, it used to be one of the best places in the south for chinese food. Salt and pepper squid had evidence of freezer burn, fried rice was lacking in flavor and the sweet and sour pork was more vegetables than meat.
