Food is mediocre at best. Lady at the counter was very friendly. Their Szechuan roll was tasty though and i have never seen this item at any other chinese restaurant. The food came out fairly quick, compared to some of the other reviews i read. It came out in about ... ten minutes. We had a large order for 8 people on Christmas Eve. I waited 1 1/2 hours (kinda fair considering it was dec 24) they forgot our ginger beef with our order. I called to tell them they said call back we’ll get it for free next order. So I call ... for the next order the lady said no way. We used to only order from here. Sad. Ordered the vegetable chowmein, it's unedible!! Hard noodles, zero flavor. Huge disappointment. Won't bother to take it back or call, seeing as all the other reviews says the lady just fights with you. Too bad, ....oh and the canned diet coke tastes like soda water

Hands down the best Chinese food I've ever had and I've been to Shanghai 5 times. The authentic taste that means the warming service is beyond anything I have experienced. Wonderful dishes. Am not sure how some reviews claim the items are only half full, after half a dozen orders I've never seen anything less than full dishes. The fried dumplings are to die for, and the sauces on everything from ginger beef to sweet n sour chicken are plentiful. ... Have never been disappointed with anything from here.
