Little Chief Restaurant - Calgary, Alberta

Been coming here last 3 years during Bull Bustin event. Nice spacious rooms with a Little Chef’s restaurant serving the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots to do here with the Casino around & couple of 24 hours open restaurants. The Sports bar had a live band this time around which ... was pretty awesome!!The staff here is just outstanding with good vibes and always happy to help. Had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this family friendly hotel. Very clean. Only issue was the clogged washroom sink. They could also use a third elevator as there is a bit of a wait during peak times. There is a path connecting you from the hotel lobby to ... the casino (bonus during harsh weather). Read more

Grey Eagle resort and casino rooms were fine, location wasn’t the best, but not end of the world. Most of service was good, the problem I had is on a fraudulent charge. I was charged a ‘no show’ from a problem with booking on their end. When I showed up ... to get my room they had to make me another reservation. They said I was suppose to be there the day before. I was also told by the front desk staff this should not have happened and I wouldn’t be charged. Upon check out I was only billed for my stay both an email and paper to prove these correct charges. However, once I got my credit card statement I noticed they did in fact charge me for the ‘no show’. Called to explain to manager why did this happened and was spoken to quite rudely. He said that these charges couldn’t be over turned. I asked why I wasn’t given a receipt and if I could be provided one, and was told there was no record of it. Poor way to run a business in my opinion. As a result I would never stay here again. Read more

Thought we'd try out the Buffet before a show the other night, and it was definitely worth it! Lots of selection, lovely staff, and a great server! We'd definitely go again when we have tickets for a concert! The only concern is the amount of cigarette smoke in the casino, it ... made it hard to breathe. Read more

Sometimes it’s the big things, sometimes it’s the small things and rarely you find both. Beautiful facilities, clean fresh beautiful room, and lots to do. The staff were the kindest most attentive customer service people I have seen in years. The bed was clean and so comfortable, pillows were great, they ... offer makeup wipes and shoe wipes, and have little mints beside your bed . There’s robes in your room and they are more sustainable with shampoo, conditioner, and body cream bottles attached to the wall that are easy to dispense. The view is breath taking and the room was so quiet. I’m sure there’s more details I am forgetting to mention but I can’t express how nice of a time we had. I definitely would return!
