Worst Timmy's customer service I had ever come across. The staff was running like headless chickens and the place was not even busy and took almost 10 minutes at counter to place an order and they were. Totally ignored the line up . Floors were dirty and nobody was ... cleaning. Coffee was cold and totally a no go place . @ management . . Please provide some training and don't let the Tim Hortons name drown the drain . After a very bad experience in this store. I have to mention that the little changes make a big difference. One of these changes is the guy in the cashier. Ahiel. Always with a big smile. Thank you 😊

Worst experience from a Tim’s, ordered Everything bagel with tomato/ plain cream cheese and toasted. Nothing was done correctly, they added herb and garlic no tomato no toast. Never coming back to this Tims Tim’s management team need to look into why they rating is so bad at this store…

Very rude and unprofessional. Obviously they don't understand cross contamination. Multiple times they have put the the straw in with my food. Why would I want a dirty wrapper touching my food?

Unprofessional, no attention. Rude. Staff hard to understand. Messed up my order two times then forgot my order. six of them were too busy talking in the back in a foreign language, I find it rude. Please speak in English, when working in front of customers. My chili ended ... up being cold. The apple fritters were dried out. The restaurant itself was dirty no clean tables floor was filthy. It was 9 PM only one other customer was there six staff and they couldn’t keep the place clean. One of them started sweeping around us, stirring up dirt and dust then mopping out of the dirty bucket. Upon leaving staff just stood there wouldn’t move. Had to walk around her. No goodbye no thank you. This location has gone downhill. This is my second bad experience here . Read more
