Tim Hortons - Calgary, Alberta

Every Sunday when I go to order Tim Hortons through Uber eats. This (the closest) location, shuts off their app. Even though I know they're open. I've come here a few times in the past and have had lazy experiences with the staff just not getting my items or forgetting ... or just chatting instead of working. If you're offering a service, commit to offering that service and hold up the standard of what you're offering. Plain and simple. Read more

There was one experience I had here that really makes me think they deserve a positive feedback. I ordered a steak sandwich here, and I found it a little spicy - so, it is spicy by my standards. I was not offered Tim rewards card to collect rewards when I placed the order today, finally I saw the reward cards promotion on the counter, I had to initiate to get the card, then the staff said well" it's too late" to get reward for my order, I had ... to wait till next time? What? Am I suppose to know your offers and suppose to get rewards only if i ask for it? Can the staff inform the customer? I have seen other coffee places to check if the customer collect rewards? That is true customer service! Why offer rewards and not letting customers know? Please equip your staff/cashier/server with proper scripting to inform your customer to provide true customer service! Thi s Tim Hortons provides fast and accurate service. There is usually a long queue, but their staff manages the crowd very efficiently. I visit this location every week and I am a happy and satisfied customer. They have seating area for about 15 people. If that is full, you can ... go to the food court nearby. They are fast, polite and accurate. I just feel really bad for the some of the new employee's who have English as a second language. They may be trying the best; which they are.. but some of customer's are (not all) so rude and racist towards the employee's. In 2 cases I ... experienced this. Once, while I was behind one rude customer and in another one as I was waiting for my drink. They were spoke to so loud and in a belittling manner.
