Starbucks - Calgary, Alberta

I went to this Starbucks a few days ago and I had ordered a grande Iced Caramel Macchiato. They had charged me $8 for this drink and I was confused and later asked about it when I recieved my drink. They said there was an extra charge for the Vanilla ... cold foam that I never asked for. I told them this was a mistake and they remade my order. After getting my second order fixed and talking with the manager I thought it was obvious to give me a refund since I paid extra for the cold foam that I did not order. I got my drink and asked again if a refund would be processed and the worker there told me their manager had already processed it and I would be refunded. It has been over 2 days now and I have gotten nothing back. I am very disappointeded with the customer service. I would not come back to this location. Read more

Never been to Starbucks. Wanted something cold and sugary. So they got me basically an ice cap like Tim's would, for double the price. But they didn't mention a straw was needed? Im sorry, I get that this is just at the mall cafeteria and I am not even asking for an amazing customer service, this place can’t even do bare minimum. The guy w glasses literally do not know how to take an order without making his customers feel awful and ... was very rude. Stopped in at this Starbucks location this morning. It was clean, organized, and offered food items I haven't seen in other Starbucks locations (I have attached some photos). I loved the vanilla waffle, and I would get it again 100%. My husband had the custard cream filled waffle and it ... was okay (I wouldn't get it again). I will try the mini pancakes tomorrow morning. They also had cream cheese filled mini bagel balls (no photos of those here) and I'm tempted to try them out too. I was disappointed with the slowness in the service and the lack of cleanliness. The line was moving very slowly and the employees were not synced.
