Starbucks - Calgary, Alberta

I don’t know if I caught this Starbucks on an off day but the service was extremely slow and the guy working seemed to not know how to make the drinks on the menu. Waited over 25 minutes after ordering for two coffees. No line to order when I arrived.

This starbucks has never gotten my order incorrect - my only comment is that you should always order through the app, even if you get inside and there's a line because priority is given to mobile orders.

I ask for salted caramel cold foam and it's barely anything in my venti cup. Look at the top I realize its mainly ice. So where is it at? Not recommended place I would go to.

My drink was unmixed and improperly made (matcha latte). I returned to the store where they offered to remake my drink to which I declined as I had places to be. The cashier offered me a refund of the drink but could not or, would not refund me the 2 dollar tip I ... had already given them by debit card. He did attempt to process the whole refund (original price + tip) on my card (over 10 times). It was incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of my time. Surely there is training on this scenario. He and his coworker eventually made a big deal about giving me money from their ‘own wallets’ which was incredibly insulting, as it was my money… I’m not sure what they didn’t understand, or why they thought this was an acceptable interaction? I’m also not sure who would be ok with tipping on an unsatisfactory and incomplete service-in every way possible. This interaction lasted for 20 minutes. It was surreal. Terrible, will never be going back to this Starbucks. Asked for a simple blonde roast pour over but I guess it was too much to ask for. First off cashier offers me another coffee and when I repeat I want this coffee employee gives me a sigh. Then when I ... receive the coffee it tastes like water!
