The hot chocolates there are the best in the city and the employees are always very pleasant. No complaints.
Been coming to this Second Cup location for about a year now. There's definitely been significant staff turnover in that time but they're beginning to recognize me well enough to get my flat white going before I even ask for it! The sandwich selection on Thursdays at lunchtime is a ... bit lacking -- it's usually all gone by 12:30 pm -- but I like the staff enough to keep going back. Read more
This is a very nice second top. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Place was not crazy busy and the coffee was very good and very well made.
This place used to be great. Management changed and it is horrible now. Never have lids never have cups never have whipped cream. Staff are super rude and the drinks are made wrong more than right
