5 stars to the single barista that was running the whole place by himself this morning. Poor guy. Why is only one person working!? This guy is hustling to run the drive through, take online orders and deal with all the customers inside?? This has got to be the dirtiest Second cup I have ever entered. Very uninviting. It was cold inside,dirty,dim and no cafe music playing or anything. They had 3 large garbage bags near the counter sitting there. The floor was was filthy. I had to use the washroom and oh ... my goodness Atrocious is an understatement. Normally I get a bagel and a coffee and they’re a bit slow but it’s tasty so don’t usually mind. This last time I went through drive through they told me they were too busy inside so they couldn’t take my order.

Quiet coffee nook best for studying or socializing. Good to know that they have drive-thru, too. Although it was closed the couple of times I visited.
