Another bad Rosso experience yesterday. Look at the collapsed foam on the cortado to see how much the barista didn't care. Also, the Sandbag breakfast sandwich was absolutely terrible with almost rare bacon and missing the aioli. Now that I've had bad experiences at multiple Rosso locations, I think the ... brand tried to expand too fast and I won't be back except perhaps to the Tuxedo location which is consistently amazing. Pros: Cool place, great crowd! Cons: Faux leather sofas peel off, looks ridiculous. And my espresso - it was awful!🤮 Do you guys even taste what you brew?!

Lovely coffee shop with some great staff. Bring a sweater, as it's always a little bit chilly here. The climate control is connected to the museum, which is kept cool to preserve the instruments & artifacts. It's hard to predict how busy it will be at this Rosso location on a daily ... basis. Sometimes we go in and it's packed, other times it's empty and we have the place to ourselves. We find the two regular male staff members to be wonderful, they are always happy to see us and will bring your order to your table. They show a great amount of care for their job, and I'm always happy to see them behind the counter. If you are working, there are a few electrical plugs available if you sit near the windows on the North side. Bathrooms are located outside the coffee shop, in the NMC lobby.
