Oolong Tea House - Calgary, Alberta

This place has such a lovely selection of tea I wanna try them all! The breakfast cookie is amazing . I can’t wait to try more of their food! The patio is also great and even better on a rainy day!

I went there with a picture of a drink which was discontinued but the barista was so kind she still made it for me and it was delicious. There bagel is top notch. If u live in kensington area there is no reason for you to go buy bagel ... from tim hortons. Their’s were so much better and the same price so PLEASE support a small business. Read more

It used to be a nice tea cafe, but today's visit was unpleasant. I ordered hot chocolate, and it was over $8, so I wondered, 'Why so expensive?' The employee mentioned a special February menu for charity, so I decided to buy it. However, my husband wasn't pleased. Initially, I ... thought it was due to the employee's attitude and the high price, but as we left, he shared a conversation he overheard while I was deciding. The employee had mentioned making the worst hot chocolate for the customers in front of us. Unaware of this, I ordered the same hot chocolate, but it arrived quickly and tasted terrible. I ended up paying almost $10, including tip, for a hot chocolate that went straight to the garbage can after just three sips. Haha! Read more

I absolutely loved this place! It’s so cold out but it was so cozy and warm inside and the staff were so nice! The tea was interesting and good, I enjoyed smelling the different ones and seeing tea I’ve never seen before. I looked at the reviews and wished I ... could have gotten a tea latte but didn’t realize they had those, still enjoyed trying the tea though and was able to add sugar and cream! Me and my mom had there special soup for the day, homemade and it was absolutely amazing and so yummy. The garlic bread dipped in the soup was the best I had ever had. Enjoyed my experiences so much, it was relaxing and the view down the street is amazing. Read more

I love coming here for a change of atmosphere from the office. There is a spot for one right at the front (pictued) that faces outward so that one can alternate between working/reading, and watching the world go by.
