Excellent location for workspaces.

No signage anywhere to say so, but the outdoor space is not dog friendly at all - don’t even try to walk across the courtyard with your dog.

It's a nice public space below 2 towers of offices; a nice courtyard with plenty of seating and space. Coffee shops, a couple of retail stores, a shoe shine, restaurants, and drug stores all over the ground floor and +15 areas, lots of seating for lunch, grabbing a coffee, whatever ... else you do around a table. Good connectivity with the buildings around it; 4 other buildings are connected to its +15 level. Public bathroom on the +15 level among all of those restaurants down a hallway that you would probably miss if you didn't know it was there. Read more
