I had wanted to try this place for a while, only to regret that it was a less than enjoyable experience. When I went to the washroom, I found myself sighing in annoyance at the fact that there was not just no toilet paper, but paper towel and soap as well. ... Not to mention when I told the lady this, she went on to say, "Are you sure? I just filled it two days ago and there should be a roll of paper towel on the floor." The floor is concrete and unswept so why would you place a roll of paper towel there?? When you have a dispenser to put it in? And two days ago?? You should be checking peridoically everyday and making sure it is sanitary and stocked. And lastly, questioning your customer?? I'm sure I wouldn't lie about not being able to clean myself of any and all germs following using the toilet. On another note, they charged me five dollars for a 12 ounce latte. Kind of a big rip off in my opinion. Especially since it had a burnt aftertaste to it. I'm incredibly sad and let down as I read multitudes of great reviews of this place, but I'll have to stick to Fratello coffee or classic Starbucks, thank you very much. The food here is AMAZING and the customer service is as well! Each panini is made to your specifications, so you are free to change or add ingredients if you want, and each comes with side of popcorn (which was a pleasant surprise the first time I stumbled upon the ... cafe!). You can buy a coffee, or wine and beer if you'd prefer, and I must say their wine was quite good. The employees are very friendly, and are happy to chat with you as well as give food/drink recommendations. They have art posted around the store you can purchase as well, all the pieces are unique and add even more character to the charming cafe. Its a unique space, with lovely people, and delicious food. Great location to come grab a coffee, beer, wine and chill with friends. They also offer very tasty paninis with great ambience and live music.

Cute little coffee spot! I went twice last week and got an iced latte and #1 croissant sandwich w. cheddar and back bacon. Employees were friendly and I definitely will be back!

Probably some of the best paninis and food ive ever had at a cafe. Amazing people both staffwise and patron wise. Beautiful art and a great atmosphere. Don't pass up the chance to check this one out!
