We were excited to try this cafe, cuz we had seen this coffee shop company in Yaletown in Vancouver and the vibe was super cool. 😎 The pastry was, unfortunately, not as good as it looked. It happens to the best of us. Our eyes get excited when they see a ... sugary pastry, our stomachs prep for what we think will be a feast of sugary goodness, and then the taste just doesn’t live up to what we were hoping for. Luckily, we managed to move in with our day; as one learns to do after being disappointed on countless occasions by pastries that look better than they taste. My first visit to this trendy coffee shop at 17th Ave location. I ordered iced latte with a side of croissant..There are plenty of space to work, sit, and socialize. The coffee was good, however pretty limited baked goods... It was a good experience though.

As a devoted patron of Analog Coffee since 2019, who has been recognized by the staff and enjoyed a personal rapport due to my frequent visits and consistent order, I have always cherished the exceptional service and quality beverages provided. However, recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. Despite proactive communication ... with the Quality Assurance Manager regarding inconsistencies in the taste and temperature of my lattes, little to no improvement has been observed. Despite reassurances of staff retraining, the issue persists. In the past, I could rely on Analog for a consistently rich and flavorful latte experience. However, over the past few months, the taste has often been diluted, resembling warm milk rather than the robust flavor I expect. Despite my efforts to provide detailed feedback and measure my experiences systematically, the problem persists. Even after reducing my daily orders from an average of 10 lattes per week to only 2 since the last communication with the Quality Assurance Manager due to this decline in quality, the issue remains unresolved. As a quality and Lean Six Sigma expert, I can't help but notice the decrease in Critical to Quality (CTQ) standards, which is concerning. Analog Coffee has been my favorite spot in town, and I've proudly shared their coffee as gifts with friends and family around the world. However, the decline in quality has tarnished my perception of the brand. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for Analog Coffee to reevaluate their quality control measures and ensure that every customer experience lives up to the high standards they're known for. I can’t describe much because this is just perfect place for tea (coffee) time with some pastries/cookies/biscuits 😍 I loved the environment here with great coffee smell ;) All staffs were super friendly and nice, and it was very clean - but hard to find spots to sit because of ... so many people (which is not a big issue to me 🤣). There are few tables outside - perfect for today like enjoying coffees in some chill but sunny day. I had iced Americano, cheese knot, Almond croissant, all were great. I especially loved the cheese knot warmed as recommended by staff. I will be returning again to try more coffees and bakery things. Coffee tastes great and the service is fast and efficient. The place seems to be always busy which is the great metric of the quality here. I will definitely come back to check out this spot as one time wasn’t enough to really get the taste of it. Interior looks nice
