Terrible experience. I use to enjoy Swiss chalet so much but after last night I won't be back. Small piece chicken(size of a chicken wing) poutine was like not fresh and was pretty much like a soup. NOT worth it

The best location in the city! Staff at this location and their delivery drivers (in house) are so awesome. The one drawback I did notice is that in the past year, while the food is fresh and excellent quality, the actual portion sizes of the chicken seemed to have fallen victim ... to shrinkflation. The actual size of the chicken piece(s) is way too small compared to even last year, so not sure what happened there. Other than that, excellent quality and great service weather dining in or getting takeout/delivery. Would recommend. Read more

Good thing this was a 2 for 1 deal at Uber eats otherwise I would of been really disappointed, the flavors were ok but portion size was just too small for the regular price, I understand inflation and shrinkflation I still feel there's no value at this portion size unfortunately. This ... was a basic quarter chicken dinner, no drink one side the coleslaw comes with a dinner roll, made a tiny chicken sandwich out of it and had 2 bites of the leftover chicken with the gravy. We took my mom to Swiss Chalet for her Birthday dinner today. It’s been many years since I have been to this restaurant. The staff is incredible, the meals were a very good size and very good.
