I went too McDonald’s last night and I ordered some food and there was no one else in the drive thru line up took me about 20-25min to order just 2 McDouble value meals then when I get too the window they ask me what’s my order again after I ... repeating it twice.. pretty bad service I do not recommending going to this spot, I prefer A&W instead better service, they’re faster, down to earth and they also let you use as many coupons as you want. This McDonald’s went downhill big time, seems like they’re more into them selfs than the customers.. if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working there, someone else might appreciate your position. Is this the way you serve your oreo mcflurry without mixing them? The oreo was just on top of it. It was so disappointing! Those staffs on duty MUST know the standard on how to do it. I’ve visited there May 9 at 1:30am.
Quite possibly the worst mcdonalds in Calgary. They don't understand how to get people through the drive-thru, they never have enough staff so the wait is over 10 minutes at any time of day, and the staff and very unfriendly. You could order large fries in the drive thru, they make the mistake of not giving you the large fries, so they just poor the medium cup amount into a large size fry and gives it ... to the customer.
