Been coming for years and it used to be a great crew but the last year or so something has clearly changed. The staff can be rude which was never a thing before - I totally get being in a bad mood once and awhile but consistently feeling like I ... am inconveniencing the staff when I order for the family just feels bad. I've noticed a change in the quality of the food too; milkshake tastes like soap here, or the lettuce was clearly turned there, one of the speciality burgers looking like that ugly before/after of an advertisement vs reality. We've been eating a this place for a while now because we really like the burgers. However, the last two times I ordered food, the employees have been incredibly rude! They're clearly trying to be done early with their shift and recieved us (twice) with an ugly attitude, even a ... scuff when i started to place my order. Its undersntabdable that after regular rush hour and, being close to their closing time, they just want to be done and go home but we still had 35 minutes before the mall was about to close. They used to be good, but I ordered delivery, and it arrived cold, despite the driver texting me that the order was taking a while to be prepared. The onion rings were burnt and were cold. The burger was nothing special, and I didn't like the BBQ sauce. The caramel ... shake was runny, and even it seemed warm. They sent a skinny straw, which was fine since the shake was like milk. I ordered the Bacon jam burger, it was delicious. I brought my friend here today, who is skeptical about going to any food establishment that he has not been to. He was amazed, I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal. For the two ladies serving us, they are wonderful, ... kind, and loving. I have often walked past this place in the mall knowing I was missing something I told myself I’ll try it sometime when I have more time. Today I came here to try 100% lean Alberta beef and am amazed at the wonderful burgers they make. Choice of all kinds ... of toppings and complete burger type menu. They are very quick to pull it together and the chef is a wonderful fellow. Next time out for burgers try it. Compared to the fast food out there this is supreme. One minuet from west door to food court sitting place and you don’t have to eat in the car, no muss no fuss. Read more
