Been coming once a week to this DQ with my grandson . Also we live about 1/2 a block away . He loves their burgers and I also love the special Hamburger and fry for $6 . Over the years have tried lots of options . EVERYTIME … they’ve been ... great in Service and taste ! BIGTIME spot for the Locals as one . Very poor service. Waited 20 minutes for the sandwich. 4 people walking around slow. Definitely not coming back to this store

This Dairy Queen was quiet and clean, and the staff were great. Even the cake I bought looks awesome. But what they truly get 5 stars for is the wonderful entertainment they provided me by putting up a passive aggressive poster about someone stealing. Not only do I love that ... they are outing this person, but I love that they are taking the law into their own hands. Nobody should be stealing dilly bars so they better catch this person. I think the Business Development Consultant of Dairy Queen Canada for Calgary must be asleep at the wheel. After speaking with the head office when they reached out to me about my experience at a Dairy Queen in the deeper SW about 10 days ago I thought I would try a ... different location in Calgary. This one has a washroom that is in complete disarray and in need of a renovation. There are closets bigger tha this washroom. There is no way a handicap could get in here. It is strange because most franchisors require a renovation every 7 to 10 years to help improve sales and stay up to date with current trends and expectations of customers. This place is ancient and untouched. The staff were attentive and polite. They were clean and easy to speak with. The chocolate dipped ice cream was a hit, but the banana split was really scint on strawberry and pineapple toppings. The chocolate topping had an ok amount. The banana had some dark bruises on it which I know doesn't change the taste but doesn't look appetizing. Now I am wondering if there is a DQ in Calgary that has a clean washroom, super banana splits and great service? Read more
