Every single time I come here, they get their hands all over my ice cream because they don’t know how to put a lid on. I live five minutes away and the ice cream melts immediately and leaks all over my vehicle because these people don’t understand how a lid ... works. I will never be at this location again. Went threw the drive through . Ordered their 2 4 6 deal fries and a cheeseburger. Should be 6,25 . Told it is 6.65 . I asked why onions is 33 cents extra . I asked where on the menu does it show this. The managers reply ... it only comes with ketchup and mustard. After a few times asking the same question. With no real intelligent answer from her. Just a dazed look in her face contact blue eyes . I just asked for my money back . Then said if I had been told it's extra I would have nor even Ordered any food as it's bad enough how much we work and how little we get for our money. Now Dairy Queen charges extra for condiments. Ordered Medium strawbeery cheesecake blizzard. Paid for even extra cheese cake. But they were only literally 2 peices of cheesecake in medium. Not recommend this place. 👎🏻👎🏻

I was at the Rundle Dairy Queen location today (on 36th street, not the one in the mall) and realized how much cheaper it is than this location. For some reason this Dairy Queen charges more for food. Completely unacceptable and I will be contacting Dairy Queen HQ about this ... because this doesn't seem proper. If you want Dairy Queen, go to the Rundle location. This place is more expensive for no reason at all. Owner must be greedy. Read more

Went through the drive thru at 5:30 on Friday night. Was 20 minutes before we were finally through, only 1 vehicle ahead of us and no customers inside. Ordered a burger meal and 2 double burgers. When we got home, the fries container was less than half ... full. Looks like some of the staff was hungry, clearly looks like it was eaten out of. Its bad enough how expensive dairy queen has become, but I would expect to get at least a half decent portion of food. Very disappointing... Read more
