I received a coupon from this location in which they failed to stamp the back. I did not notice at the time the back wasn’t stamped and did not know that the back being stamped was a requirement. I got the free sundae coupon as I didn’t want the ice ... cream when ordering my meal. Today they said they would not honour the coupon as it wasn’t stamped. So because they failed to do their job I was penalized. So best make sure the employees are actually doing their job and ask all rules before accepting a coupon as they don’t care if they made a mistake. Read more

The reason for the low score is simply because of the very stingy portions compared to other locations. This picture is a $7.22 medium hot fudge sundae with nuts. Every time I've ordered this elsewhere, there is always hot fudge on top of the ice cream as well as nuts, ... but here they put a tiny portion of hot fudge and nuts around the base. Friendy service at this location, and the food is fresh and hot to order. We go out of our way to get to this location because the level of personalized service and quality of food is just that good.
