Good price but I'm not a big fan of their ice cream

I ordered chicken tenders and got what looked like the dregs from the bottom of the bag. More nuggets than tenders. Onion rings partially burnt. This location used to be so good under the old owners. It has definitely fallen.

We took a quick trip into DQ for some dessert. always good service and helpful staff! Food was good. We had blizzards all around. It wasn’t too busy considering it was a nice warm Saturday evening. We would come back again!

This location has been practicing some disappointing tactics to cut costs. The biggest one I've noticed is that they have been using the fountain drink lids to cover the blizzards instead of the franchise standard peaked lids. As anyone knows, blizzards usually come with a substantial peak and require this ... specific lid to accommodate that. By swapping out the peaked lid with the fountain lid, they are essentially reducing the portion size by at least 20%. And it's not because they don't have it or it doesn't fit either because we also picked up a sundae when we stopped in this evening, and it had the peaked lid on it. It is also not a one-off as it has been this way each of my last three visits, but I always assumed they ran out of the peaked lids. All the food was good. The skor treatza pizza is my favorite thing ever. So good. Kids cones and blizzards were also good. Service was great, there was an error that they corrected immediately without me even asking them first and they had no problem breaking up my order to ... get other food going for to go later on and some for there all on the same order, when I came up to grab the other stuff they made it fresh and quickly. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. My only big complaint is they really need to deep clean their booth seats. Covered in ice cream and stuff and it was old and soaked in and dry. So maybe like a good steam clean or something cause that was a bit icky. We absolutely loved all the plants they have in there.
