Service was good as one would expect at a DQ. Fries could have been hot, as the three burgers we had. All in all the experience was worthwhile stopping at Dairy Queen

Ordered the new cookie dough smartie blizzards - two mediums. One only had cookie dough no smarties and the other one didn’t have ANYTHING but ice cream and one peice of cookie dough. For 14$ that’s ridiculous.

Stale bun unsalted fries which is a tragedy bathroom would be nice if they were cleaned atleast once a month

Service is really good and I love this food chain but the burgers are cooked too much. I don't like tasting burnt in my food. Please fix this.

We visited your store today with my family. Im really upset on one of your staff. We are trying to get your promo the "$1 for small blizzard " i was surprised when your staff told us that he's not allowing us to purchase this. It's because they allow ... only one person. Even though, we are family we are using different mobile phone and we downloaded this app. We are trying to explain this but your staff insisted only 1 person in my family. How is that possible? For my understanding its only one coupon allowed per visit. But the thing is we are group of 6 and as per him we are not allowed to do that? Thats really insane. And my 3 kids trying also to buy this and still he keep saying that" i saw you and you are all together" maybe you should explain very well to your staff regarding on promotion.
