We love creek side Boston pizza! The manager and staff are amazing! We eat here all the time. If anything is ever wrong or not cooked how u need they will quickly fix it and help make it right. I could not be more disappointed and disgusted with my recent order on June 13th from this location. After working a long day I decided I earned a little cheat meal and opted to try a Boston Brute with Thai Chicken Strips. Within the first few bites I immediately tasted something ... off; foolishly thought maybe it was my mind telling me I shouldn’t be eating this so I continued on only to stop eating before I was done less than half of each portion. These items did not taste good. To my surprise I spent Friday and Saturday completely sidelined with food poisoning. After speaking with some friends and family, it came to light that within this small network, I was the SIXTH person this year who contracted food poisoning from a Boston Pizza location. If I could give 0 reviews I would. I will never in my life eat at a Boston Pizza establishment again, and I will encourage every person I know to avoid this restaurant like the plague. Always seated right away and receive fast, friendly service. My only complaint is they use the same fryer for everything, so the fries and chicken fingers were too spicy for my daughters liking the past couple times we went. We mentioned it to the server, and she let us know ... they fry the spicy appetizers in the same grease, so that is the reason for it. We won’t be ordering those meals again. Read more

We have not been here in a year. But boy tonight has been the best service we have ever had at Boston pizza. I don't know what happened but it was on the ball. Went here with my church mates to spend time with them before leaving Calgary for the Philippines. We did arrive less than 2 hours before closing time and yet we still had great service from our server. Food is really good and servings are really huge. Price is very much ... reasonable (also because it's wings night) for it's large servings which I ended up taking home. Thanks! Read more
